KCE's policy is to pay dividend at not less than approximately 30% of its consolidated net profit for the fiscal year, after deducting tax and reserve required by Law. The dividend will be paid twice a year, i) the interim dividend payment, which is considered from the operating results of the first half of the year, for which the Board can approve such payment and report to the next shareholders’ meeting, and ii) the annual dividend payment, which is considered from the operating results of the second half of the year, and the Board must seek approval from the shareholders’ meeting.

Concerning subsidiaries' dividend, each subsidiary may take into account its financial status and other important factors.

In all cases, dividend payment is subject to the cash flow, investment plans, other necessities and suitability in the future. However, such dividend payment must not exceed the retained earnings, as reported in the Company's financial statement, and/or having any substantial impact to the operation of the Company and subsidiaries.
